HOA President: Steve Clancy
Steve and his family moved to Trail Ridge South in 2010 after moving here from Okinawa, Japan. After retiring from the Air Force in 2014, Steve joined Pine Creek Vision Clinic practicing optometry. He and his wife Carrie have three boys that are all involved with soccer, swimming and running. Steve looks forward to living in the neighborhood for many years to come. HOA Vice-President: Jeff Horton
Jeff Horton has been in Colorado since 1985 when he met his wife Denise. He has three children, Adam, Faith and Cameron. When they were looking at this area they were drawn by the location and community. They were aware of the homeowners association and grateful for the guidelines to protect their investment in a home. Having a safe and beautiful environment for our kids to grow up in was also important. Jeff currently works as a an engineer for HP and works out of his home. Most of you know his wife Denise who maintains the flower beds, and on most days they are chasing their kids to their various activities.

HOA Treasurer: Pat McGrath
Pat and his wife, Marilee, have lived in the neighborhood since October of 2012. They moved to Colorado Springs in 2000 from Omaha, Nebraska. They have 4 grown children spread across the country in Omaha, Denver, Chattanooga and New York. Pat works from home and is the Chief Technology Officer for an Omaha company called Complete Weddings and Events. Pat joined the board to help the HOA continue to keep Trail Ridge South a great neighborhood.
